ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA: (For M. Pharm)
- Passed B. Pharm Course from any AICTE / PCI approved Institution with minimum 55% marks in B. Pharm (50% marks for Sc/St category)
- Candidate should have score in GPAT examination
ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA: (For B. Pharm, and D. Pharm Course)
- Should pass 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Math’s as compulsory subject.
- Minimum 45% for General category in PCM/PCB & maximum age limit is 30 yrs.
- Minimum 40% for OBC/SC/ST (Only applicable for CG state domicile) in PCM/PCB & maximum age limit is 33 yrs (Also applicable for physical handicapped & female candidates)
- The Chhattisgarh state Pre–Pharmacy entrance test (PPHT) to be qualified for the admission. All admissions are performed under the counseling organized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Govt. of Chhattisgarh, Raipur (C.G.).
- Diploma in Pharmacy holders with minimum 50% is eligible for direct admission in 2nd year of 4 Year B. Pharm Course.
NOTE
- No age limit for admission in Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Students pass out from open school are not eligible for admission in Pharmacy course as per Pharmacy Council of India norms.
- Admission in both the courses (on category wise reservation) will be on the basis of Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Govt. of Chhattisgarh, Raipur (CG) rules and regulations.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMITTED STUDENTS
General Instructions
- The admission that may be granted to the student will be provisional subject to the approval of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Govt. of Chhattisgarh, Raipur. Chhattisgarh.
- The student will not ask for transfer from this institute to any other institute in any circumstance. (Applicable for first and final year B. Pharm students as per DTE rules.)
- Each student is required to have in possession with an identity card issued by the institute which is to be renewed in every term/session and will have to deposit at the time of submitting clearance certificate. The student must produce it, as and when asked for students will not be allowed to appear in the examination if they do not posses identity card.
- A student is required to see the notice put on the notice board of the institute. The Institute is not responsible for loss of any advantage by a student but to his/her failure to read the notice in time.
- The student shall have their own Apron, Dissection Box, Spatula, Napkins, fractional weight box, log table, Glass marking pencil, Match Box required for practical classes.
- The principal reserve the right to strike off the names of the students from the Roll if the students remain absent for long period or on account of misconduct.
Attendance
- Every student should check the percentage of attendance from time to time and the parents / guardians also should keep and watch in regard to the percentage of attendance of their sons/daughter/wards and progress in studies. According to present ordinance every student must attend at least 75% of Lectures, Laboratory classes and must complete class work, term work and sessional work for being eligible to appear at the Examination. The Institute does not undertake the responsibility to intimate the shortage of attendance of any student unless asked for.
- Any deficiency in the attendance at the course of study for the examination may be considered subject to a maximum of 15% in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance No. 5 relating to condo nation of deficiency in attendance.
- Candidates applying for admission against the seats reserved shall actually belong to the class and communities specified there in.
- If any of statement made in application form or any information supplied by the candidate in connection with his/her admission at any time found to be false or incorrect, his/her admission will be cancelled, fees shall be forfeited and he/she may be expelled from the institute.
- The candidate once admitted to the course shall be abiding by all rule and regulation prescribed by the institute.
No Student will be allowed to appear for the annual examination unless:-
- He/she has paid all dues.
- He/she has completed all the practical record books duly checked by the concerned authority.
- He/she has requisite percentage of attendance.
- He/she has submitted clearance certificate.
